Jordan Doropoulos brings over 550hrs of Yoga Teacher Training and 2500+ teaching hours, blending modern teaching methods with the traditional roots of yoga. On top of his yoga teacher training hours, he has furthered his education and studies in meditation, pranayama, breath science, life coaching and human personal development.
His teaching style is grounded, relatable and deeply respectful of the practices - creating a space where students feel supported, challenged and authentically seen.
Jordan was first introduced to meditation at the age of 15, during a time when he was experiencing anxiety. What began as a tool to cope quickly became a lifelong practice and one of the most powerful foundations in his life. Meditation not only helped him regulate his nervous system and calm his mind and body, but also shaped the man, teacher and mentor he is today. This lived experience is what makes Jordan’s approach to meditation and Yoga Nidra so impactful.
Jordan doesn’t just teach techniques, he teaches people how to learn to embody the practices themselves and then help guide others into stillness in a way that feels safe, grounded and authentic, with a strong understanding of what’s happening in the mind, body and nervous system. Jordan supports students in expanding not only their teaching ability, but their confidence, presence and personal practice — both on and off the mat.
