Keynote Speaking

Inspiring change through real stories, lived experience and practical tools.

Keynote speaking, to me, isn’t about standing on a stage and delivering perfect lines — it’s about creating a genuine moment of connection. It’s about sharing the lessons, challenges and breakthroughs that shaped who I am today, so others can see what’s possible for themselves.

My journey into wellbeing, mindset and personal growth didn’t start from a place of clarity. It began with confusion, self-doubt and a life that didn’t feel aligned. Over time, through meditation, breathwork, yoga, neuroscience-based tools and deep inner work, I learned how to overcome limiting beliefs, rebuild confidence, understand my values and create a life guided by purpose.

Now, I share these insights with workplaces, conferences and communities across Australia. My keynotes are grounded, engaging and deeply human - blending storytelling with simple, tangible tools that help people feel more regulated, more focused and more empowered in their daily lives.

Whether I’m speaking to leaders, teams or large audiences, my intention is always the same: to help people reconnect to themselves, shift their mindset and walk away with practical strategies they can use immediately.

If you’re looking for a keynote that inspires meaningful change, sparks self-awareness and leaves your audience feeling grounded, motivated and ready to grow - you’re in the right place.

Keynotes

  • TANGIBLE WELLBEING PRACTICES

A Tangible Wellbeing Practices Keynote is designed to simplify the science of wellbeing and bring it into everyday life. Through grounded storytelling and lived experience, Jordan shares the tools that helped him move from overwhelm and disconnection to clarity, stability and purpose - making the content relatable, human and easy to apply.

The focus of this keynote is simple: giving people practical strategies they can use immediately to regulate their mind and body, so they feel more grounded, focused and capable in the moments that matter.

This session explores the foundations of wellbeing through accessible, evidence-informed practices - including breathwork, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, movement and sleep. Rather than overwhelming people with information, it breaks wellbeing down into clear steps that fit into a busy life.

The keynote highlights how the nervous system influences behaviour, decision-making, communication and performance. When people understand how to work with their internal state, they stop relying on willpower alone and start creating change from a more stable, regulated foundation.

By learning how to pause, breathe, reset and respond instead of react, individuals naturally show up with more clarity, patience and presence - at work, at home and within themselves.

  • BURNOUT & STRESS MANAGMENT

A Burnout & Stress Management Keynote is designed to help individuals and teams understand the real causes of burnout - not as a lack of resilience, but as a physiological and behavioural response to prolonged stress. Jordan shares openly from his own periods of burnout and misalignment, using personal stories to help audiences feel seen, understood and less alone in their experiences.

This keynote breaks down the progression of stress in a clear, relatable way: what happens physiologically, how it affects behaviour and decision-making, and why so many people don’t recognise the signs until they’re already overwhelmed.

Participants are guided through practical tools for down-regulation, emotional balance and recovery. These approaches make stress management realistic and accessible, helping people rebuild energy, communicate more effectively, set boundaries and navigate pressure without disconnecting from themselves.

The session also explores the habits, environments and internal patterns that contribute to burnout - giving individuals a clearer understanding of what needs to shift, not just how to cope.

When people learn to recognise stress early and support their system consistently, burnout becomes preventable instead of an inevitable cycle.
