Why Jordan Doropoulos Yoga School?
Jordan Doropoulos brings over 600hrs of Yoga Teacher Training and 3500+ teaching hours, combining modern, practical teaching methods with the traditional roots of yoga.
Alongside his yoga trainings, he has continued to deepen his studies in meditation, pranayama, breath science, life coaching and personal development - allowing him to teach yoga not just as a physical practice, but as something that supports the body, mind and overall way of living.
His teaching style is grounded, relatable and real. Creating a space where students feel supported, challenged and seen, without needing to be anyone other than themselves.
Jordan was first introduced to yoga and meditation during his teenage years while navigating anxiety. What began as a way to manage his mental state quickly became a foundation for how he lives his life today.
That lived experience is what shapes the way he teaches.
This training isn’t about memorising sequences or trying to teach like someone else. Jordan focuses on helping you understand the practice deeply… how the body moves, how the breath supports it and how to communicate it clearly - so you can teach in a way that feels natural and authentic to you.
He supports students in building real confidence in their teaching, developing their voice and learning how to hold space for others in a way that is grounded, safe and effective.
