About the retreat

A Journey To Inner Peace Wellness Retreat is a four-day wellness retreat designed to help you slow down and recharge. Set on a quiet farm surrounded by nature, we’ll spend our time moving through a range of mindfulness practices and just enjoying some stillness.

It’s a chance to step away from the rush of everyday life, reconnect with yourself and breathe a little deeper. Let’s take this time together to find some peace in your mind and clarity in your heart.

JORDAN DOROPOULOS

Jordan is the CEO and a facilitator of Peace Be The Journey Wellness. PBTJ Wellness is a company that works with individuals and organisations to improve personal & professional wellbeing through different programs, workshops or weekly sessions. 

Jordan is a 550hr trained yoga teacher and a qualified practitioner in various modalities. He specialises in yoga, meditation, pranayama breathwork, a breath, sleep and stress science practitioner and personal development & life coach. Jordan is passionate about empowering people to find purpose and a deeper connection to self. 

Jordan creates a supportive and empowering environment for students of all levels to explore the benefits of yoga, meditation, breathwork and personal development. His expertise offers a holistic and science backed approach to wellness, ensuring a truly transformative experience
